中国石化新闻网讯 据印度报业托拉斯7月30日报道，印度石油公司(IOC)将与马来西亚国家石油公司(Petronas)合作，在印度开展天然气和运输燃料零售业务。
印度石油公司和马国油拥有一家合资企业IndianOil Petronas Private，双方各持股50%，用于进口液化石油气。Press Trust援引印度石油公司董事长Shrikant Madhav Vaidya的话称，该合资企业将使天然气和运输燃料零售业务多元化。
印度石油公司拥有该国最大的石油销售网络。该公司还拥有向汽车销售压缩天然气的许可证，以及向多个地区的家庭供应管道煤气的许可证。
2020年，印度石油公司在德里启动了一个氢压缩天然气（HCNG）试点项目。该公司将50辆CNG公交车改装为HCNG公交车，并在减少尾气排放和提高燃油经济性方面显示出显著的效益。

State-run Indian Oil Corp (IOC) will partner with Malaysia's Petronas for natural gas and transportation fuel retailing business in India, Press Trust of India reported on July 30.
IOC and Petronas have a 50:50 joint venture, IndianOil Petronas Private, to import LPG. This joint venture will "diversify into natural gas and transportation fuel retailing business," Press Trust quoted IOC chairman Shrikant Madhav Vaidya as saying.
IOC owns the largest network of petrol pumps in the country. It also has licences to retail CNG to automobiles and piped cooking gas to households in several geographical areas.
Last year, IOC commissioned a hydrogen CNG (HCNG) pilot project in Delhi. The company converted 50 CNG buses to run on HCNG and has revealed significant benefits in reducing exhaust emissions and improving the fuel economy.
In June this year, IOC awarded Tata Motors a tender of 15 hydrogen-based proton exchange membrane fuel cell buses. In addition to supplying the buses to the Research & Development Centre of IOC, Tata Motors will also collaborate with them to undertake R&D projects and collectively study further the potential of fuel cell technology for commercial vehicles.
